Meditate and visualize your body with its radiant energy field. See the light amplifying until it could illuminate a dark room. Now visualize this energy extending outward into the universe (internal pressure needs release). As you do this, affirm:
"I embody love and attraction. I radiate magnetic power. Anyone entering my field feels drawn to me as metal to a magnet. This power is irresistible. People come to me naturally."
Your etheric body now functions as a magnet. Use your imagination to see yourself moving among your target demographic, bathing them in your magnetic light. Know they're being pulled toward you irresistibly.
This accomplishes two goals: programming your energy field and training your mind to function amid social distractions. Aim for automatic operation—you establish the system and then collect the results.
Step 4: Creating Targeted Thought-Forms
Sometimes general attraction isn't enough. When you need to manifest specific individuals or situations, create dedicated thought-forms.
Meditate and visualize light filling you from above. Concentrate this light into a sphere in front of you, increasing its density. Give the thought-form a unique name you won't encounter daily (like "Zephyr"). Program it clearly and concisely with its mission. Then release it into the void like sending a message.
Critical Warning: Never create thought-forms while depressed or anxious. Negative emotions create powerful concentration that attracts more of what you fear. During challenging periods, have trusted friends perform the work to avoid self-sabotage. Thought-forms lack sophistication—assign them single tasks only. They deplete over time, so generate fresh ones daily for important objectives.
Step 5: Sensing and Balancing Energy Points
Energy emanates most strongly from specific body locations—eyes and fingertips are especially potent. Master controlling and directing this power.
Meditate and examine your etheric body. Identify emission points and note relative strength variations. Visualize energy flowing into weaker points, equalizing them with stronger areas. Practice this balancing technique for at least one week before directing energy externally.

Place a pencil on a table in front of you. Gaze at it comfortably (don't suppress natural blinking). Visualize power flowing from your eyes into the pencil, saturating it with energy until it seems to radiate light.
Afterward, position your hands over the pencil. You'll detect warmth—the same sensation you felt when sensing your own etheric field.
Building a Simple Practice Tool
Construct this easy device for tangible feedback:
Push a pin through the center of a piece of cardboard so it stands vertically.
Carefully create a hole in the center of a straw—large enough for free rotation but not all the way through.
Balance the straw on the pin so it spins freely.
Position it away from air currents and heat sources.
Step 7: Testing Your Energy Direction
Wait for the straw to stop moving naturally. When completely still, gradually position your right hand within inches of one end (without touching or creating air movement). The straw should begin to rotate—first gradually, then accelerating—either toward or away from your hand. Repeat with your left hand.
Now test your ocular beam. With the straw stationary, gaze intensely at it with clear intention. Visualize a beam projecting from your eyes, pushing the straw. After several seconds, it should begin moving—sometimes achieving full rotation.
