Meditation for Psychic Development: Clear Your Mind, Amplify Your Power

You want to build radionics machines and get to the fun stuff. I get it. But here's the thing:
successful psychic power—even with machines—starts with a clear mind that can concentrate.
Meditation isn't about twisting yourself into pretzel shapes or moving to a yurt. It's about calming
your body, clearing your mind, and learning to focus. That's it.
Week 1-2: Just Sit!
Find a comfortable chair where you won't fall asleep. Pick a quiet spot where family members won't
interrupt you—getting startled out of deep relaxation can make you murder someone.
Sit quietly for 10 minutes. That's it. Just sit. Notice your body. That twitch in your leg? The itch on your scalp? Scratch it. Feel your lungs filling with air, your rib cage rising and falling. Notice the sounds you usually ignore—the house creaking, distant traffic. Your body has naturally tense spots. You'll hear things you normally tune out. This isn't strange—it's just that your conscious mind can only process one thing at a time. When you're focused on work,
you don't notice the house settling. When you're quiet, you do. The more you listen to your body, the less the day's thoughts bother you. Your mind learns to block out the noise.
Week 3-4: Add a Mantra
Once sitting quietly gets boring (and it will), add a mantra. Don't panic—no Sanskrit required.
A mantra is just a sound or word you think to keep other thoughts from intruding. The ancient Indians used "so" and "hum"—sounds that approximate breathing. Easy to remember, no meaningto trip over.
Here's how: As you inhale, think "so." As you exhale, think "hum." Breathe naturally. Don't force a rhythm. Your body knows what it's doing—trust it. I tried forcing my breathing once and nearly gave myself a heart attack. Not relaxing.
Practice this for a month.
You'll notice changes:
Clearer thinking
More relaxed in daily life (you'll still have upsets, but you'll handle them better)
Ability to block unnecessary worries
Worry is dangerous—it creates thoughtforms that attract what you're worrying about. More on that
later.
Why This Matters for Psychic Work
Your mind constantly transmits psychic energy. Every second, some part of your consciousness
broadcasts into the etheric realm. Most of these transmissions dissipate immediately—like dry dirt
crumbling in the wind.
Concentrated energy is different. It's like a stream that can power a turbine, versus scattered rain
that just waters the lawn. Meditation trains your mind to concentrate this energy. That's how you make thoughtforms that actually work.
Next Steps
Once you've got the basics down, you're ready to start working with thoughtforms—concentrated
packets of psychic energy that can influence the world around you. But first, master the meditation. The machines will still be there when your mind is ready to use them effectively.
